    I am almost in shock reading this.

    I would hope that the superintendent would realize that hurting someone’s feelings is NOT the same thing as BULLYING.

    When a child is put in FEAR for their safety or TAUNTED and HUMILIATED by other students on a daily basis, that is BULLYING.

    It is clear that the superintendent needs more education on this topic.
