WILLIAMSTOWN -- Parents of sixth-grade students at the Williamstown Elementary School have gotten on the energy-conservation bandwagon. They are selling lightbulbs which use a fraction of the electricity of old-fashioned incandesent bulbs with proceeds supporting the traditional spring trip by sixth graders to Cape Cod.
