Being There: A Geocoded Landscape at Greylock Arts May 22
Adams, MA - The exhibit "Being There: A Geocoded Landscape" will have its opening reception on Thursday, May 22ndfrom 5:30-8:30 pm at Greylock Arts, 93 Summer Street, Adams MA.
In this group exhibition of landscape and location-based works by area artists we explore the Northern Berkshires across media and through new technologies. Included works of art are geocoded and collectively mapped, allowing viewers to visit or return to the precise location where the original work was created or inspired.
Featured are painting, photograhy and sculpture by Matthew Belanger, Kay Canavino, Martha Denmead Rose, Jane Hudson, Henry Klein, John A. Lisee, Anita Perr, Marianne R. Petit, Daniel Rose and Mary Ann Wojtaszek.
