Cambridge (Mass.) Community Television (CCTV) the public-education-government access service for cable-television subscribers in the Boston suburb, is managing "Neighbor Media." Neighbor Media is an effort to bring six-to-nine volunteer "citizen journalists" on board CCTV's web and video services as contributors. It's funded by J-Lab at American University. In this 21-minute audio podcast, Media Giraffe Project writing intern Seth Kershner interviews Colin Rhinesmith, who runs the Neighbor Media project for CCTV.
