    Something must be done about the monopoly that Time Warner and Verizon have in the Northern Berkshires, terrible service, outrageous prices, and a "we could care less because we have you in our grip" attitude. A regional approach, a locally initiative petition to bring back real competition is long overdue. Until we get top notch internet service at reasonable prices for everyone, companies will laugh at our efforts to get them to relocate here.
